Academy & Office Automation System is complete set of modules to cover all requirements of a Schools, Coaching and Colleges. There is no such special system required to run. It can be easily compatible according to the requirement. On the basis of security it is much secure no other user can use it and it can be change according to user. Some facilities provided in the system are given below: -
An attractive Graphical User Interface provides a look to the system that is more understandable and easier to its users. We have preferred a GUI over traditional CUI systems, so it is interesting to work on the system. Tool tips on objects make the system easier to use.
The system provides a User Friendly Environment that is more comfortable and time saving. Use of menus, toolbars, list boxes and combo boxes has reduced the unnecessary typing, thus the time can be saved and typing errors can be removed. The environment is very much user friendly. Even a computer illiterate person can easily operate on the system. Help is provided to be familiar with the system wherever it is required.
The system contains a well Normalized Database to reduce data redundancy. All the tables used in the system are well normalized; show the information can travel fast. Normalized database makes the system faster than the general database.
